Bianca is a dedicated advocate for mental health and anti-racism. Bianca has proudly promoted mentally healthy workplaces and in addition, she is a seasoned conflict coach, equipped with the skills to facilitate resolution in challenging situations. Her dedication to learning and development is underscored by her qualification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
In the wake of the Black Lives Matter movement and the tragic murder of George Floyd in 2020, Bianca seized the opportunity to amplify her anti-racism efforts through the integration of Race Ahead courses within Empower Develop People (EDP). These courses empower organisations to embark on the journey of becoming truly anti-racist, fostering an inclusive, psychologically safe environment where everyone can flourish.
